  蔡明振(1949年出生),米襄陽書畫研究院院長、國家文化部、中國文化藝術發展促進會會員、(荊山牡丹畫法非物質文化遺產傳承人)畫家。現系北京燕京書畫院名譽院長、中國國畫家協會理事、中華當代書畫藝術研究會名譽教授、襄陽市人民政府老年書畫研究會常務副主席、襄陽市老年大學教研室主任,襄陽市老年大學書畫學會主席,工藝美術師。擅長工筆、寫意花鳥及根雕藝術,國畫作品多次在全國各省、市、區展賽中獲獎。

His traditional Chinese painting works have won many awards in the National Exhibition competitions of provinces, cities and districts.

  1993年國畫作品《曇花》在日本犬山市展出,1997年作品《月季花》參加湖北省美協舉辦的美術作品全省巡回展,1999年5月,在襄陽市舉辦“蔡明振根藝美術作品展”,1999年曾在瀟湘電影制片廠拍攝的《警笛聲聲》中任美術工作者,2003年9月作品被第七回國際書畫審美大展賽中獲金獎并選送到韓國漢城、日本東京、加拿大蒙特利爾、巴西圣保羅等地巡回展出并收藏,2003年10月作品被國際東方藝術研究中心收藏,2003年12月作品被之子毛岸青、邵華一家收藏, 2004年9月被中國書畫研究院審定并特援予“中國書畫藝術家百佳”稱號,2007年4月被中華人民共和國文化部文化市場發展中心評審委員會評審每平方尺2000元,部分作品先后在《花鳥畫研究》、《華夏風情》、《藝術名家》收藏雜志、《中國國畫家》雜志、《襄陽日報》、《襄陽晚報》、《名城報》、《文化藝術報》、《人民日報海外版》等刊物上發表,其部分作品被編入《世界華人文學藝術界名人錄》、《中華翰墨名家作品博覽》、《國際現代書畫精品潤格》、《中國書畫藝術家大典》等五十多部書籍。并有部分作品分別被日本、韓國、臺灣、澳大利亞及中外友人收藏。
